Paul Chalekian, Ph.D, CGFM, CISA

Paul is a seasoned practitioner, but he is also a "Pracademic."  He soon realized the value of POSDCoRB both in theory and practice.  Paul has a Ph.D in Political Science (Major: Public Administration/Minor: Public Policy).  Under these fields are the academic areas of Organizational Theory (O), Personnel (S), Public Policy (D) and Budgeting (B).  He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), think Reporting, and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), think Budgeting.

Coordination (Control, Collaboration and Communication)

Paul can tactfully "collaborate" with high level academic and practitioner resources.  Within his professional memberships, he can network via the International Personnel Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), think Staffing; the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), think Directing; the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), think Control and Reporting; and the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), think Budgeting.  The organizational patterns of POSDCoRB are inter-related.
